  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup cherry chips
  • 1 (17 oz.) cherry jam
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 cup mini-chocolate chips
  • 1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
  • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip

Directions

  1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt together.
  2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Spread cherry chips over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Spread jam over crust.
  5. Filling: Beat cream cheese, flour, chocolate chips, .Spread over crust.
  6. Topping: Pour cherry pie filling over the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spread cool whip over cherry pie filling.
  8. Decorate.
