Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 2 c. confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c. coconut, grated
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
Directions
- While at room temperature, blend together butter and cream cheese. Slowly blend in confectioners sugar; add in vanilla., coconuta and peacans.
- Mixixing well. Frost the cake.
