Directions

  1. Cook rice according to directions. (Rice can be cooked in chicken broth instead of water). Cook broccoli according to directions. Saute/fry peppers, onion and celery in 1 stick of butter. Throw all of above together, add in soup and Cheese Whiz. Mix well. Place in casserole. Top with grated Cheddar. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook at 350 degrees till bubbly.
