Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 onion, grated
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. minced broccoli
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 1 stick butter
Directions
- Heat butter in 5"x9" Pyrex dish. Mix large eggs, onion and lowfat sour cream together. Drain broccoli; add in to the cornbread muffin mix. Pour into Pyrex dish and bake at 375 degrees for 35 min.
