Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Dip the bread slices into the mix and then coat each slice with cereal. Heat a buttered skillet and cook each piece till golden brown and crisp. To serve, place two pcs of toast on each plate and sprinkle with confectionery sugar.
  2. Garnish with Raspberry Cream and fresh raspberries.
  3. Raspberry Cream: Ingredients: 1 package (10 ounce.) frzn raspberries, thawed 1 c. lowfat sour cream or possibly plain yogurt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  4. Mix the raspberries with the lowfat sour cream and add in the cinnamon.
