3 egg whites
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Directions

Beat first 4 ingredients together till soft peaks are formed. Gradually beat in sugar till it forms stiff peaks. Add in chocolate morsels. Drop by tsp. on cookie sheet lined with brown paper and bake 25 min in 300 degree oven.
