Ingredients
- 225 gm Greek yogurt, (8 ounce)
- 150 ml Double cream, (1/4 pint)
- 4 sm Meringue nests, (broken into bite sized pcs)
- 1 lrg Jar Morello cherries
- 100 gm Dark chocolate, (3 1/2 ounce)
Directions
- In a large bowl simply fold the lowfat yoghurt, cream and meringue together, then gently add in the cherries.
- Heat the dark chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Spoon the morello cherry mess into large serving glasses and top with the melted chocolate.
