Ingredients
- 5 very ripe avocados
- 1 tomato, minced
- 1/2 c. onion, minced fine
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Peel and mash avocados. Stir in lemon juice, lowfat sour cream and seasonings till smooth and creamy. Add in onion and tomato, serve with tortilla chips.
