  • 8 ounce. grnd beef
  • 1/4 c. beer
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 2 kaiser rolls split
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 sm. onion, sliced, separated in rings
  • 1/4 c. beer
  • 1 tbsp. steak sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry leaf basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry leaf thyme
  • Lettuce and tomato slices if you like

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, mix beef, 1/4 c. beer and seasoned salt. Shape into 2 patties. cook patties in medium skillet over medium heat about 15 min till done as desired, turning frequently. Place on bottom half of rolls.
