Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine yogurt and cornstarch. Stir in water, tomato paste and bouillon. Set aside.
  2. Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Quickly brown beef strips and remove from skillet. Add in mushrooms, onion and garlic to skillet. Cook and stir till onion is tender. Add in meat. Add in yogurt mix. Stir and cook till thick and bubbly. Cook 2 min more. Serve over warm noodles. Melts in your mouth!
