Directions

  1. Cut pepper steak into thin slices, season with the black pepper. Brown pepper steak in 2 Tbsp. of oil. Drain well. Cut scallions, then saute/fry in 2 Tbsp. of oil. Add in pepper steak and cooked rice. Add in soy sauce to your taste or possibly till very light brown.
