Ingredients
- 3 or possibly 4 turkey wings (legs may be used)
- 1 c. flour with salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. honey or possibly brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Healthy pinch of cloves
Directions
- Coat turkey with seasoned flour and brown in warm oil. Remove wings from pan and saute/fry onions till glossy, add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil for 2 min. Return wings to sauce, cover and simmer for 2 hrs or possibly till tender. Remove bones and reheat. Serve with rice or possibly noodles. May be refrigerated or possibly frzn and reheated.
