  • 2 c. Starter
  • 1 x Egg,beaten
  • 1/2 c. Bacon,fried and crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil,bacon fat
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar Flour,as needed
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda

Directions

  1. Add in egg, bacon, oil and sugar to the starter and mix briefly. add in flour to make desired thickness and mix until lump free. just before cooking dissolve baking soda into 1 Tbsp. of water mix gently with batter then cook in a (400)warm griddle make 2 or possibly 3 inch rounds cook for 2 to 4 min turn and cook 2 more min.
