Ingredients
- 4 c. blueberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour or possibly tapioca
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Pastry for 9" pie pan
Directions
- Line 9" pie tin with pastry. Wash blueberries (if frzn, don't thaw). Put berries into pastry. Mix sugar, flour, spices and salt and scatter over berries. Dot with butter; add in top crust. Bake 40 min at 375 to 400 degrees or possibly till done.
