1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. buttermilk
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking pwdr

Directions

Mix by hand take out 3/4 cup of mix and add in 1 tea- spoon cinnamon and 1/2 cup nuts. Add in:
Grease and sprinkle flour on bottom of pan or possibly line with wax paper. Pour batter on large pan 10 x 10 or possibly larger and sprinkle the topping over batter and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.Can do ahead. Serves 6 to 12.
