1 x Quick coffee cake recipe
1/2 c. Flour
1/3 c. Brown sugar -- packed
1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
1 c. Pineapple tidbits*

Directions

*Liquid removed and cut in half. Spread Quick Coffee Cake batter into a 9 by 9 by 2-inch pan, bottom rubbed with shortening. Make topping by combining flour, sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Spread pineapple over batter. Sprinkle topping over pineapple. Bake in a 400 F. oven about 25 min.
Yield: One 9-inchsquare cake, about 9 servings
