Ingredients

  • 2 ounce Butter
  • 1/4 Tbsp. Garlic puree
  • 1/2 ounce Honey
  • 3 x Shrimps, cleaned
  • 2 ounce Shrimp stock, separate recipe
  •     Salt and Pepper
  • 1 ounce Preserved orange peel (candied)
  • 1 tsp Parsley, finely minced
  • 1 ounce Fried angel hair pasta
  • 1/2 tsp Black sesame seeds
  • 1 ounce Reduced beet juice

Directions

  1. In a pan over medium heat place butter and garlic puree and saute/fry. When garlic starts to brown add in honey and when it starts to caramelize add in cleaned shrimp and cook 3 to 4 min. Add in the shrimp stock. Remove shrimp to a plate. Reduce sauce till slightly thick. Add in salt and pepper and preserved orange peel to taste. Add in minced parsley and place over shrimp.
  2. Decorate with fried angel hair, sesame seed, and beet juice.
  3. Makes 1serving.
