  • 4 med. potatoes, cut into 1/8 inch slices (4 c.)
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounce.)

Directions

  1. Empty soup into 2 qt casserole. Stir in lowfat milk gradually. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and microwave on High 20 min, stirring every 10 min, till potatoes are tender. Let stand covered 5 min. 235 calories per serving. 6 servings.
