Directions

  1. 1. In a large skillet over medium heat heat margarine. Saute/fry onion till tender.
  2. 2. Stir in soup, lowfat milk and pepper, bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Add in pototoes stirring to coat, reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 5 min or possibly till warm.
  4. 4. Stir in bacon; remove to serving dish and garnish with parsley.
