Directions

  1. Sprinkle salt into a salad bowl. Add in garlic, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, mustard and the seasonings. Mix and beat with a whisk till very smooth. Add in the parsley, scallions, and the lettuce. Toss. Add in the endive, tomatoes, walnuts and capers. Toss lightly again. Serve immediately. Serves 4 to 5.
