Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. round steak
- 3 lg. onions
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. cooked macaroni
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. fat
Directions
- Cut round steak in serving pcs. Roll steak in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in 1/4 c. fat. Add in onions sliced, chili sauce and water. Cover and simmer 45 min to 1 hour.
- Place meat in center of warmed platter. Add in 2 c. cooked macaroni to pan gravy. Stir till macaroni is heated through, then arrange around steak.
