Ingredients

1 can water
2 lbs. round steak cut in pcs 1 inch square
4 med. potatoes, cut into 1 inch pcs
1 sm. onion, diced
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a large casserole. Cover with a tight fitting lid or possibly aluminum foil. Don't open while baking. Bake 3 hrs at 325 degrees.
