  1. Mix dry ingredients together, add in beaten large eggs and buttermilk and oil. Fill muffin tins almost to top.Bake at 400°F. for 15 min. They will be dry if baked too long.
  2. Chill and cook only as needed. Keeps for 1 month or possibly more.
