Directions

  1. Cut ribs apart in service-size pcs and dredge in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Arrange in large shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients for sauce; spoon a few Tbsp. of sauce over ribs. Bake in microwave oven uncovered for about 35 min. During this time, turn ribs several times (at about 8 minute intervals).
