Ingredients
- 1 lg. can peaches or possibly pears, totally liquid removed in colander
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. minced walnuts or possibly pecans
- 1/4 c. unsweetened coconut, shredded (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. old fashioned oats
- 1/2 c. Grape Nuts or possibly Perky's Nutty Rice cereal
- 6 ounce. apple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- In glass baking dish, sprayed with non-stick, spread fruit proportionately, then sprinkle and continue layering all ingredients in order. Blend apple juice and vanilla and pour proportionately over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
