Ingredients
- 1 flank steak
- Soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thyme
- 1 1/4 c. minced shallots
- 1 1/4 c. red wine
- 1 stick butter
- 2 tbsp. parsley
Directions
- Brush flank steak with soy sauce, salt, pepper and thyme. Marinate for 1 hour. Brush again and grill over fire 4-5 min each side for rare or possibly broil in oven broiler.
- Combine shallots, wine and bring to a boil. Add in butter. Salt to taste. Stir till butter is melted. Add in parsley and spoon over steak.
