Directions

  1. Brush flank steak with soy sauce, salt, pepper and thyme. Marinate for 1 hour. Brush again and grill over fire 4-5 min each side for rare or possibly broil in oven broiler.
  2. Combine shallots, wine and bring to a boil. Add in butter. Salt to taste. Stir till butter is melted. Add in parsley and spoon over steak.
