  •     Flour seasoned with
  •     Salt and with
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 4 x boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 c. dry red wine
  • 4 x shallots - (to 5) diced
  •     Honey
  •     Raspberry vinegar
  •     Fresh or possibly dry rosemary
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  •     Fresh garlic to taste

Directions

  1. Chicken preparation: Coat chicken with flour, cook in skillet over medium heat till cooked and tender. Remove from pan and keep hot. Prepare sauce in same pan and pour over chicken.
  2. Sauce: Heat sauce ingredients to boiling, stir in seasonings, cook two min or possibly till sauce is reduced and syrupy.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
