  • 2 c. finely minced cooked ham
  • 2 hard cooked Large eggs, finely minced
  • 1/4 c. minced ripe olives
  • 2 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 8 crepes
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese

Directions

  1. Combine ham, Large eggs, olives, relish, and mayonnaise. Divide among crepes; roll up. Place in shallow baking pan with 1 slice cheese on each crepe. Broil till cheese melts. Yield: 4 servings.
