Ingredients
- 1 can French sliced green beans
- 1 can English peas
- 1 sm. onion
- 1 sm. jar pimento
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. Wesson oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions
- Drain beans and peas. Chop onion, celery, pimento and bell pepper. Blend together and set aside. Mix salt, vinegar, sugar and Wesson oil. Let set 1 hour before putting on vegetables. Blend dressing and vegetables together and let set in refrigerator overnight before serving.
