Ingredients
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (cook type)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 can condensed lowfat milk
- 2 cans water
- 2 c. cooked rice
Directions
- Combine Large eggs, pudding mix, sugar and condensed lowfat milk. Add in 2 cans water, then add in rice. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to keep from burning. Cold at room temperature, garnish with cinnamon.
