Ingredients
- 2 c. or possibly more cooked diced roast beef, fat removed
- 1 very lg. onion or possibly 3 med. sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 c. water
- 5 or possibly 6 c. raw potatoes (diced)
Directions
- If potatoes are cooked, use 2 Tbsp. Watkins beef soup and gravy mix. Saute/fry onions and garlic in a little lite oil. When onions are clear, add in diced beef, salt to taste, pepper, and 2 c. water. Cook approximately 10 min, stirring. Then add in potatoes. If raw, add in water to almost cover potatoes.
- Cover and simmer at least 20 min on low till water is cooked out. Add in less water if you use cooked potatoes.
