Ingredients

  • 2 c. or possibly more cooked diced roast beef, fat removed
  • 1 very lg. onion or possibly 3 med. sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 c. water
  • 5 or possibly 6 c. raw potatoes (diced)

Directions

  1. If potatoes are cooked, use 2 Tbsp. Watkins beef soup and gravy mix. Saute/fry onions and garlic in a little lite oil. When onions are clear, add in diced beef, salt to taste, pepper, and 2 c. water. Cook approximately 10 min, stirring. Then add in potatoes. If raw, add in water to almost cover potatoes.
  2. Cover and simmer at least 20 min on low till water is cooked out. Add in less water if you use cooked potatoes.
