- 1 c. shortening
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 c. mashed cooked carrots
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon flavoring
Directions
- Beat sugar, shortening, Large eggs well. Add in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into prepared 15x10 inch pan. Bake 25 min, 350 degrees.
