Ingredients
- 1 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. Dry sherry
- 1/2 c. Currant jelly
- 1/2 c. Apple jelly
- 1 c. Orange marmalade
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. Liquid removed crushed pineapple
Directions
- Here are some simple glazes which can add in schnazz to your roasted ham.
- BROWN SUGAR GLAZE: Combine 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 2 tbsp flour, 1/2 tsp prepared mustard, 1/8 tsp cinnamon and 3 tbsp dry sherry. Mix well and spread on ham.
- CURRANT APPLE GLAZE: Heat 1/2 c. of currant and 1/2 c. apple jelly till melted. Spread on ham before baking.
- ORANGE CINNAMON GLAZE: Mix together and heat (hot) one c. orange marmalade and 1 tsp cinnamon. Spread on ham prior to baking.
- PINEAPPLE GLAZE: Combine one c. firmly packed brown sugar with 3/4 c. liquid removed crushed pineapple. Spread on ham.
