  • 1/2 c. low-fat lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Guiltless Gourmet salsa (roasted red pepper or possibly southwestern grill)
  • 1 jar Guiltless Gourmet black bean dip - (16 ounce) (spicy or possibly mild)
  • 2 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 c. minced tomato
  • 1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - (1 ounce) Minced fresh cilantro and cilantro sprigs (optional)
  • 1 lrg bag Guiltless Gourmet baked tortilla (7 ounce) (yellow, white or possibly blue corn)

Directions

  1. Mix together lowfat sour cream and salsa in small bowl.
  2. Spread bean dip in shallow glass bowl. Top with lowfat sour cream-salsa mix, spreading to cover bean dip. (Dip may be prepared to this point; cover and chill up to 24 hrs.)
  3. Just before serving, top with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Garnish with cilantro, if you like. Serve with tortilla chips.
  4. This recipe yields 8 servings.
  5. Serving size: 2/3 c. dip and 20 chips.
