Ingredients: 1/3 c. fresh lime juice; 1/3 c. toasted sesame oil; 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar or possibly balsamic vinegar; 1 tsp soy sauce; 1 Tbsp. sugar, to taste; 2 clv garlic, chopped; 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated; 1/4 c. scallions, minced; 1/4 c. cilantro leaves, minced; 1/4 tsp jalapeno, chopped

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients and 2 Tbsp. of water in a bowl and mix well. Use as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, egg rolls, etc.
Yield: about 1 c.
