Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine sugar, salt, egg whites, & lowfat milk; mix well. Add in flour, baking soda, & raspberries. Combine thoroughly. Pour into baking tins (use non-stick cooking spray on the tins). Bake 15-20 min in a 425 degree oven.
  2. Makes 6 big or possibly 12 little muffins. yummy!
