Directions

  1. Slice Kielbasa, cut slices in half, slice onion, heat butter in skillet. Saute/fry onion and kielbasa till golden. Mix flour and water. Pour into skillet, stirring to mix with pan juices. Add in pepper and Kitchen Bouquet to taste. Cover and simmer 15 min. Great served over rice or possibly mashed potatoes.
