Directions

  1. Brown 1 onion, 1 c. celery and 3 Tbsp. butter. Remove from pan. Brown 1/2 c. uncooked rice and 1 lb. hamburger. Add in 1 can mushroom soup, 1 1/2 c. water, 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, 1 can bean sprouts (liquid removed), 1 tsp. salt and dash of pepper. Combine all ingredients and put in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min covered and 30 min uncovered. Enjoy!
