Ingredients
- 1 c. Cottage cheese, 1/2% fat
- 1 c. Apples, coarsely grated
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Almonds, minced
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 4 x Large eggs, separated
Directions
- Mix all ings. but egg whites. Beat whites until stiff and mix in. Spray a griddle or possibly skillet with cooking spray. Heat and drop batter to create pancakes. Turn when bottom is browned.
