- August 21, 2016Good to see your love for cooking is making you a better cook. The African Chicken that you added as one of your fave, I actually have made it when I was a part of the Udub Catering firm, but used whole chicken instead. Chefs I have worked for in the past and I agree with thewm all that cooking whole chicken in the bone will result in better flavior.

- December 21, 2011Just made the Eggplant lasagnafor a little get-together and had made 2 pans. I thought i would have left over but the left over were taken home by my Daughter. Very nice . I bought a good wine to go with this and I was glad cause it added to the perfume of the food. Thank you ..Nice picture of you also .. Regards TonyG
