About me
Having lived in Kenya, Canada and England and travelled widely, my tastes are broad and this is reflected in my cooking. I started out baking as a teenager and really only started to cook in London after I got married. I have a teenage son who loves his food and is happy to test out my cooking and a large circle of friends who are like minded and love to gather to eat, drink and be merry!
Cooking Influences
I love the Italian and French way of shopping, cooking and eating and my food is based on the principles of shopping little and often, seeing what is fresh and cooking what is in season.

- January 16, 2017Having just realized Selma (of Selma's Table Blog) was a member here on CES and my knowledge, I am about to share with you. This lovely UK Blogger lost her battle with Cancer July 4th, 2015. None of us knew she was even sick. Her son notified a good blogging friend of mine (Also she is from the UK to share this devastating news). I am a member of Tasty Kitchen.com as Selma was and this is where I initially knew her.
