I only recently, (as in the last 2 years), became aware of how influential Lidia Bastianich is in the Italian Cooking world. She is an amazing culinarian!

Mother of two grown boys. Now I have the time to pursue my culinary career! Currently run a small catering business for small parties and events. Most of my recipes have an Italian influence, but my heritage is Polish. I have included traditional Polish recipes as well.
