Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Cream butter. Add in sugar, vanilla and large eggs; beat 4 min till light and fluffy. Add in flour alternately with lowfat milk. Beat till smooth. Pour into greased and lightly floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
