  • 2 c. non-fat dry lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. low salt instant chicken bouillon
  • 2 tbsp. dry basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients and store in airtight container.
  2. For 1 can of soup use 1/3 c. mix and 1 c. water. Heat till thickened. Add in mushrooms, onions, celery or possibly bits of chicken if you like. Equals 9 cans of soup.
