Directions

  1. Cut steaks into small pcs and brown slowly till fully cooked; drain. Brown grnd round, drain and place all meat in Dutch oven.
  2. Slowly heat chili roll in skillet till dissolved and add in to the meat mix. Dice onion and green pepper and saute/fry in butter. Add in beans, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, chili mix and chili pwdr to the meat mix. Simmer on low heat for at least one hour. Add in salt and pepper to suit your own taste.
