Ingredients
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped or possibly 1 teaspoon
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes (Italian, plain or possibly sauce) (I have also used mushroom
- soup diluted with water)
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian
Directions
- Saute/fry onion and garlic in warm oil till soft, but not brown. Add in remaining ingredients. Simmer while preparing meat.
