Ingredients
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker super moist German chocolate cake mix
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
Directions
- Grease 9"x13" pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Layer nuts and coconut. Mix cake mix as package directs and pour over nuts and coconut. Beat cream cheese, add in sugar and butter and mix well. Microwave about 1 minute, stir well and pour over cake dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Remove from oven and let set about 5 min. Turn out onto a cake sheet.
