2 lg. Large eggs
1 (15 ounce.) can pumpkin
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 (13 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients and fold in blender at low speed for three min. Be sure it is all blended. Pour mix into a greased and floured 9" glass pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min or possibly till knife comes out clean.
