Ingredients
- 1 x peck tomatoes, minced
- 12 x onions, grated
- 8 x bell peppers, grated
- 1 c. salt
- 6 c. sugar
- 4 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
Directions
- Mix tomatoes, onions, bell peppers and salt well and let stand 24 hrs.
- Drain well, and add in; sugar, vinegar and dry mustard.
- Let stand a few hrs and can cool, no need to seal. Add in some sauce to fried hamburger to suit taste.
