Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
- 2 (5 ounce.) Packages butterscotch chips
- 1 c. fine flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. nuts, minced
Directions
- Heat the butter, butterscotch chips and peanut butter together. Cold. Add in the marshmallows, coconut and nuts. Butter an 11"x16" pan. Put the mix into it and sprinkle with more coconut. Cold till hard in the refrigerator about 1 hour. Colored marshmallows may be used to give a party look.
